Return Policy

pentyp prioritizes product quality and your shopping experience. If you receive a product with quality issues, that does not match the order description, or if you need to return it for personal reasons, you can follow the return policy below to process your return. We will provide you with convenient and hassle-free return services.

Return Application Requirements

Return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Products must be in brand new, unused condition, with intact packaging (including product labels, tags, accessories, instructions, etc.), free from stains and damage, and not affecting resale. If the product is food, it must be within its expiration date and unopened.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect delivery, or other seller-related reasons, pentyp will cover the shipping costs.

Return Process

Submit Application: Send a return application to service@pentyp.com, specifying your order number, product name, reason for return, and attach clear photos of the product's defects (if applicable).

Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 24 hours. Once approved, you will be sent the return address and return instructions.

Return Product: Please return the product to the designated address within 7 business days of receiving the return notification, and retain the tracking number for future tracking.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If the product is deemed acceptable, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method. If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will contact you and return the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: personalized custom-made items, intimate apparel (such as underwear, socks, etc., once opened), perishable goods (such as fresh food), and items damaged due to the buyer's own fault.
